The ultra-smooth, 3-layer enamel coating is durable, easy to clean and non-reactive, making it ideal for cooking, marinating and refrigerating a variety of foods. Up to 40% lighter than competing brands, this French oven is easy to move from cooktop to oven and straight to the table. The close-fitting lid helps retain moisture and flavour, while the cast stainless steel knob provides a secure grip. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction, and oven safe up to 240°C. For best results, cook over low to medium heat and allow the cookware to cool before washing. Hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve the enamel finish.
