SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

We deliver products Australia wide using Startrack OR Australia Post or for MOST parcels.

In the event of a larger item or collection of items as a package, we will choose the best priced available courier service available from Margaret River. We will advise of the service used at the time of shipping.  Some areas may require additional postage depending on the services available. 

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for smaller domestic orders over $200.00 excluding large items or Express delivery orders

For orders under $200 we offer standard shipping for $20.00

For bulky or heavy items, we will contact you as per the quoted delivery price from our courier. 

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivery estimated between 1-10 business days, depending on the method of transport and your location within Australia.

CLICK AND COLLECT - FREE MARGARET RIVER PICKUP:

Aspenz will pack Click and Collect Orders within one ASPENZ open business day (ie, Saturday orders will be packed Monday as we are closed Sunday, Monday orders will be packed Tuesday). 

You will receive an email notification that your item is ready for collection from Aspenz Shop 2, 18 Fearn Avenue Margaret River Western Australia. Please bring in this notification of order ready email to collect your package. 

Click & Collect Orders will be held instore for 14 days from the date of the email notification. Should the items not be collected within 14 days they will be returned to the shelf and you will be refunded for the purchase. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL: At this point in time, we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on PHONE or EMAIL to enquire about a special order.
