The Furi Pro Utility Knife 15cm is a versatile everyday knife you’ll reach for time and again, ideal for chopping and slicing meat, herbs, smaller vegetables, fruit and cheese. Crafted from hard-wearing Japanese high carbon stainless steel, the blade offers excellent cutting performance while remaining easy to sharpen and maintain. Its seamless construction eliminates gaps where food and dirt can collect, making it a hygienic and easy-to-clean choice for the kitchen. The patented reverse-wedge handle locks comfortably into the hand to provide a secure grip, improve control and help reduce fatigue and slipping towards the blade. A tapered bolster provides added comfort and protection while allowing the blade to be sharpened right through to the heel. Hand wash in warm soapy water with the blade pointed away and dry thoroughly after use.
