The Furi Pro Paring Knife 9cm is designed for the smaller, more precise cutting tasks in the kitchen, making light work of peeling, slicing, trimming and coring fruit and vegetables. Crafted from hard-wearing Japanese high carbon stainless steel, the blade offers excellent cutting performance while remaining easy to sharpen and maintain. Its seamless construction eliminates gaps where food and dirt can collect, providing a more hygienic design, while the patented reverse-wedge handle locks comfortably into the hand to provide a secure grip and help reduce hand fatigue and slipping towards the blade. A tapered bolster adds comfort and protection while allowing the blade to be sharpened right through to the heel. Hand wash in warm soapy water with the blade pointed away and dry thoroughly after use.
