For best results, wash before first use in hot, soapy water using a nylon cloth or brush, avoiding harsh scourers. After cooking, allow the pan to cool before cleaning with hot, soapy water to prevent heat marks. While dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to prolong its life. Stubborn streaks can be removed with a paste of bi-carb soda and water, and for a polished “as new” finish, the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner is recommended.
