The Burton Cooking Tools Egg Timer is heat-sensitive and changes color to indicate when eggs are soft, medium, or hard boiled, ensuring perfectly cooked eggs every time. Simply place the Egg Timer in the pot with eggs and as the water boils, it gradually changes color to show the cooking progress. For best results, use room-temperature water and bring the eggs and Egg Timer to a medium boil. After use, allow the timer to cool slowly and do not immerse in cold water. Handwash only.
