The Avanti Pasta Rack is an essential tool for drying freshly made pasta evenly and efficiently. Designed to hold up to 1.8kg of pasta at once, it allows you to prepare large batches with ease while ensuring consistent drying for a perfect finish. Featuring 16 individual 20cm polycarbonate arms, the rack can be rotated and staggered to maximise drying space, accommodating long strands of pasta without sticking. Simply turn the top knob to fan the arms out for use.
It includes a 29cm multi-purpose transfer wand to help move pasta from your machine to the rack and assist with cutting, which conveniently stores within the chrome-plated steel column when not in use. Stable extendable tripod feet with rubber tips protect your benchtop from scratches, while the compact design takes up minimal space during use. Once finished, the rack folds flat for easy storage and can be quickly wiped clean.
