The Avanti® EggPoach Cradle makes poaching eggs simple and mess-free. Designed as a flexible, non-stick silicone vessel, it floats on simmering water while the egg gently cooks, helping you achieve perfectly shaped results every time. To use, bring a pan with approximately 4 cm of water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Lightly coat the inside of the cradle with oil, crack in your egg, and place it into the water. Cover the pan with a lid and allow the egg to cook. Once done, simply invert the cradle to release a perfectly formed poached egg. Please note, it should not be placed directly on any flame or burner.
