Elevate your baking with this premium fluted ring cake pan, designed for creating beautifully shaped sponge and chocolate cakes with ease. The double non-stick coating ensures effortless release and easy cleaning, while the detailed fluted design and tight corners allow for precise, professional-looking cakes every time. Oven safe up to 220°C, it is also PFOA and BPA free, and suitable for use in the dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
For best results, lightly brush the pan with softened butter or oil, ensuring all areas are well coated. For lighter cakes, dust with flour, or use cocoa powder for darker mixtures to assist with release. Avoid using cooking sprays. Fill the pan no more than three-quarters full and gently tap on the bench to remove air bubbles before baking. Allow the cake to cool completely before removing, then finish with icing sugar, fresh fruit or glaze as desired.
This product is dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer safe. Always use oven gloves when handling hot items. Before first use, remove all packaging, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. It is not suitable for microwave use or direct heat sources such as flames. To protect the non-stick coating, avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaning tools.
