This commercial-grade bakeware is crafted from heavy-gauge cast aluminium for excellent heat distribution and consistent baking results. It features a durable double non-stick coating designed for easy release and effortless cleaning, along with tight corners for precise cake and dessert shaping. Oven safe up to 220°C, it is also PFOA and BPA free for added peace of mind, and is suitable for use in the dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
For best results, lightly coat the pan with softened butter or oil using a pastry brush, ensuring all corners are well covered. For lighter cakes, dust with flour, or use cocoa powder for darker bakes to assist with release. Avoid using cooking sprays. Fill the pan no more than three-quarters full and gently tap on the bench to remove air bubbles before baking. Allow baked goods to cool completely before removing and finishing with icing sugar, fruit or glaze if desired.
This product is dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer safe. Always use oven gloves when handling hot items. Before first use, remove all packaging, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. It is not suitable for microwave use or direct heat sources such as flames. To preserve the non-stick surface, avoid metal utensils and abrasive scourers.
