The Avanti PERFEKT Knives are designed for long-lasting performance, offering precision, durability and ease of use in food preparation and presentation. Each knife in the range has its own specialised function, allowing you to build skill and confidence as you use them. Forged from high-quality DIN 1.4116 German stainless steel, the blades feature a superior taper-ground cutting edge for exceptional sharpness. Hand ground and polished for precision, and manufactured using a hot drop-forged process (with the exception of the slicer), they are built for strength and durability. The knives are perfectly weighted and balanced, with an ergonomic grip handle and full tang construction for control and stability. While dishwasher safe, hand washing or avoiding prolonged dishwasher use is recommended to maintain their finish. For safety and longevity, they should be stored in a knife block and never kept loose in a drawer.
