Simply place the Egg Timer in the pot with eggs and as the water boils, it gradually changes color to show the cooking progress. For best results, use room-temperature water and bring the eggs and Egg Timer to a medium boil. After use, allow the timer to cool slowly and do not immerse in cold water.
