Ideal for poultry, red meat, or ham, simply insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat until the “dimple” reaches the centre, then place it in the oven with the thermometer facing the door. Leave it in while roasting, and remove the meat once the pointer reaches your desired temperature. Crafted from durable stainless steel, the thermometer features a large, easy-to-read dial and a temperature range of 50°C to 100°C. For accuracy, periodically test by immersing the probe in boiling water to check against the “Boil Test” indicator. Handwash only for lasting performance.
