The Jean Dubost range features the famous Laguiole mark and is handmade in Viscomtat, a small village in the heart of the French countryside, by the family-owned company now in its fourth generation. Each blade is crafted from high-grade 1.2 mm stainless steel, stamped, ground, and polished through over 25 manual production stages, while the handles are made from high-impact, lightweight ABS plastic for durability and strength. Measuring 6 × 26 × 5.5 cm, these knives combine timeless Laguiole craftsmanship with practical performance. They are dishwasher safe, though handwashing is recommended to preserve the polished finish and prevent the handles from dulling due to abrasive dishwasher activity.
