The Range is designed with a stainless steel exterior impact bonded to a thick steel-clad base with a 5mm aluminium core, for beautiful cooking. The Impact Range has new stainless steel cast handles and knobs, internal capacity markings, internal rivets for added strength and a heavily impact bonded construction that provide optimal heat transfer and retention. The Impact Range is designed from 18/10 Stainless Steel for maximum durability and compatibility with all cooking energy sources externally, including induction.
