For best results, wash before first use with hot, soapy water using a nylon cloth or brush, avoiding harsh scourers. After cooking, allow the wok to cool before cleaning to prevent heat marks. While dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to prolong its life. Stubborn streaks can be removed with a paste of bi-carb soda and water, and the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner can restore an “as new” finish.
